Spa Frequently Asked Questions




1. What are the spa hours?

During Summer the Spa is open from 9am to 5pm from Sunday through Thursday, and from 9am to 7pm Friday and Saturday. During Winter the Spa opens from 9am to 5pm Sunday through Thursday all week. Schedule may change, we strongly suggest to contact us before to confirm current schedules.

2. What should I wear to the Spa?

The Spa will provide you with robes, towels, sandals and a locker for you to put your belongings. If you wear any accessories put them in your locker or security box to avoid leaving them on your robes, since the Spa doesn’t take responsibility for lost or misplaced items.

3. At what time should I arrive to the Spa?

You should arrive to your appointment 15 minutes early so we can provide you with everything you’ll be needing, since a therapist will be expecting you at the appointment time.

4. What about gratuity?

Gratuity it’s not included in your bill, and this is optional, the same as in the United States: 10% to 15% your choice.

5. Do I have a choice of who will take care of me?

The Spa has male and female therapists ready to take care of you, if you have a specific choice let us know at the time of reservation, also if you don’t mind at all.

6. Can I choose a specific therapist?

Since there is a high request for some of our therapist we have decided to add a $10.00 dollars fee on top of the regular rate when you make a special request for a particular therapist.

7. What kind of Spa products do you use?

All our products are by Spacifico exclusive to our Spa, created and packaged in Baja Mexico with the most therapeutic, original and natural ingredients with no secondary reactions or allergies symptoms since line does not use any acids, retinal or AHA. The line works a very holistic approach inspired by those who requested holistic and original formulas.

8. What if I am late for my appointment?

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.

9. Should I eat before a treatment?

For your safety, treatments should not be taken on a full stomach, and will not be rendered to any guest under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Smoking, food, beverages, cellular phones and bare feet are not allowed inside the Spa
